You can admit it to us, the only reason you came to New York-New York was for the coaster. Well, we don't blame you. While not fastest (Desperado) or terribly loopy (Grand Slam Canyon), the Manhattan Express is a combination of both. Total ride time is 67 seconds. How do we know? Well the rides hurls you at 67 mph along a mile long trip around New York. Not the real city but a series of models.

Be careful when rounding Lady Liberty's torch, this is where the fun begins. A 360-degree loop and then a heartline twist-and-dive will make you think that the real city is a safer place to be. The ride does not end here, there are a few more nice spins and a tight double-helix at the end. Many people have compared riding at night to the end of 2001: A Space Odssey but you will have to see for yourself.
