La Piazza

Casinos > Dining at Caesars

La Piazza Food Court at Caesars Palace is the perfect spot for convenient, quality dining at affordable prices.

Located in the Caesars Palace Forum Casino, La Piazza offers lunch and dinner selections that spotlight a variety of the world's most popular cuisines, such as Japanese ramen soups and teriyaki, Chinese stir-fry, Italian pasta and pizza, Mexican favorites, an All-American Deli, Caesars Salad Bar, Ice Cream Yogurt and Candy Shoppe and tempting French bakery. Traditional cheese pizzas, with popular topping combinations like sausage or pepperoni, are baked fresh daily. The restaurant also sports a beverage buffet that includes fruit juices, seltzer waters, coffees, herb teas, soft drinks, imported and domestic beer and wines. Espresso and cappuccino are available in the bakery section.

Giant muffins bake each morning in the La Piazza bakery ovens, with croissants, coffee cakes and pastries complementing its morning medley. Continental breakfast is available seven days a week. On Saturday and Sunday morning, the breakfast selection is expanded to include hot entrees.

La Piazza introduced a new dining concept in Las Vegas when it was opened on Oct. 20, 1989, combining a multi-restaurant format with quality and style. Within its first six months of operation, La Piazza received the prestigious Food Facilities Award of Special Distinction from Restaurants and Institutions magazine, a leading food service industry publication.

The restaurant's decor reflects its multi-national cuisine, with raspberry neon arches crowning the entire Food Court walkway. The ice cream station is framed in Italian mother of pearl tiles; overhead are decorative fabric banners. The Asian section is decorated in glazed black, gold and peach ceramic tiles. The New York deli scheme is black and neon, while the Mexican station is topped with a brass-framed red, white and green Mexican flag.

The lounge design echoes the ornate Greco-Roman decor throughout the Forum Casino, with towering Corinthian columns, ornate coffered ceilings and giant rotundas. Multi-level seating areas provide good sight lines to the stage. Overhead are stylized trellises designed to bring down the casino's high ceiling for an intimate feeling. In the west satellite, guests dine under a lifelike ancient olive tree, near wall murals that depict Roman streetscapes. Customer seats are throne-like chairs, upholstered in royal purple. At the rear of the dining area is an ornate Roman-themed beverage bar, which provides 24-hour cocktail service.

Guests select their food and beverage in the Food Court and enter one of six cashier areas as they approach any of 225 seats at tables and booths. Each item is priced separately, except for the selected combination plates, priced at approximately $7 for a complete meal. La Piazza Food Court and Lounge has the dual identity of restaurant and late-night lounge, with live music in the evening hours to complement its lively atmosphere.

High-energy music ensembles rock the night away in La Piazza Lounge, one of three late-night lounges on the casino floor; the Forum Lounge and Cleopatra's Barge also feature evening entertainment.

La Piazza is conveniently located just a few steps away from elevators servicing Caesars' free parking facilities, easily accessible from Industrial Road and The Forum Shops at Caesars.
