This restaurant is known for it's romantic setting and outstanding
French cuisine. The Monte Carlo Room's dining room has a pretty
mural of frolicking nymphs and the windows offer a view of the
pool and all its surrounding foliage. To facilitate the romantic
mood, cupids and fluffy clouds are painted on the ceiling and
the tables are dimly lit by candle-light or a shaded crystal
lamp.
The food is comprised of classic French dishes that are prepared
to perfection. The thick and creamy lobster bisque, served in
a scooped out bread-bowl is the best we've ever had. For an
entree one should consider the duck a l'orange served with wild
rice mixed with apple and pine nuts. The Monte Carlo Room specializes
in flaming dishes, so don't leave without trying the crepes
Suzette or cherries jubilee.
