The Flamingo Hilton

Casinos > Dining

Peking Market

This fabulous Chinese restaurant features well made traditional dishes in a gorgeous dining room. The recently renovated room includes teakwood paneling and an 800-gallon aquarium. The staff is friendly and the service is prompt. Open for dinner only daily from 5:30 to 11 pm. It can get crowded, so make reservations by calling (702) 733-3111

Alta Villa

Made to look like a countryside Italian villa, Alta Villa has a beautiful terra-cotta fountain in front of the restaurant. Inside, an exhibition kitchen allows you to see the chefs hard at work while they prepare some great Northern Italian dishes. The specialties are gourmet pizzas and veal dishes that are out of this world. Open daily for dinner from 5:30 pm to 11pm.

Hamada of Japan

This sushi bar has some of the best sushi in Las Vegas. There is a wide selection of sashimi and hand rolls along with other Japanese entrees served at teppanyaki grill tables. Hamada of Japan draws lots of local Japanese people with their wide selection of Japanese beer, wine and sake. Open daily from 5:30pm to 12:30am.

Flamingo Hilton Paradise Garden Buffet
(702) 733-3111
Daily: 6-noon, noon-2:30pm and 4:30pm-10pm
Breakfast $6.50; Brunch $7.50, Dinner $9.95  (includes two glasses of wine)

Like a couple of other buffets on the Strip, the food is average but the decor is nice. Let's face it, the food is all going to be about the same quality wherever you go (with a few exceptions). One big factor in choosing a dining spot is the decor. Here, the Flamingo distinguishes itself with a lovely dining room. It has huge windows that overlook waterfalls, palm trees and a pond.
