Ming Terrace

Prepares traditional Mandarin and Cantonese dishes as well as some innovative original dishes.  The menu is very extensive, including some more exotic dishes like abalone, Peking Duck and double-cooked pork with cabbage.  The dining room is nicely decorated and sets the mood for a great dining experience. Doors open nightly at 5 p.m., located in the dining plaza, fifth floor.

The Seahouse

Located in the Dining Plaza on the fifth floor, The Seahouse offers some of the best seafood in the area. The dishes are all prepared in front of you for a unique dining experience.  Entrees include lobster, crab, grilled fish and ethnic seafood delicacies. Chicken and steak are also available. Open Fri-Tue at 5 p.m.

The Embers

An intimate dining room serving a fine selection of chops and seafood. The walls of the luxurious dining room are covered in burgundy silk and spacious candlelit booths offer a romantic setting.  One of the top steak houses in Las Vegas, The Embers also specializes in flambé desserts. The best part of dining here is that you get lots of food and luxury for a reasonable price.  Open Wed-Sun at 5 p.m. Fifth floor dining plaza.

The Rib House

A casual dining room that offers traditional western fare like barbecue ribs and chicken. Original sauces and down home flavors include blackened and Cajun entrees. Open Tue-Sat at 5 p.m. Fifth floor dining plaza. 

Teahouse

Order from the menu 24 hours a day, or step into the Imperial Buffet for a special Prime Rib Champagne Dinner. Take the escalator in the rear of the main casino.Breakfast Mon-Fri 7 a.m. to 11:30 am $6.45
Lunch Mon-Fri 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. $6.45
Prime Rib Champagne Dinner Daily 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. $8.45

Emperor's Buffet

A great variety of fresh salads, fresh fruits, soups, juices, tasty entrees, desserts and coffee. Third floor.  Breakfast 7 a.m. to 11:30 am $5.49
Lunch 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. $6.49
