Bistro Le Montrachet

This restaurant serves fantastic French food in an opulent setting. Many a deal has been closed over Bistro Le Montrachet's tables, but that doesn't mean that the setting is too stuffy for a romantic dinner. The mahogany walls are adorned with still-lifes and pretty landscapes while a huge crystal chandelier sparkles overhead.

The appetizers are all very good, but the entrees are the real attraction. One of our favorites is a de-shelled Maine lobster served on a bed of Moroccan couscous with crab dressing and drawn lobster. Another fantastic dish is the Muscovy duck served with currants, white and black beans in a crème de cassis sauce. The restaurant also has a wine cellar stocked with over 400 wines from around the globe. Ask the friendly sommelier for assistance.  All the dishes are pleasing to the eye as well as the palette, as Bistro Le Montrachet takes great care in presentation.

Benihana Village

This restaurant  is certainly one of the more memorable casino dining establishments in Las Vegas. The pagoda-roofed facility has running streams, waterfalls, wooden footbridges and beautiful gardens. It also has some high-tech touches like dancing water fountains and fiber-optic light shows. (They can even simulate a rain-storm)  Like all Benihana restaurants, patrons sit at a table with a large grill in the middle where a Hibachi chef theatrically prepares Japanese favorites. The shrimp tempura is out of this world. You can also get fantastic Chinese food in Benihana Village. The Garden of the Dragon serves regional dishes for dinner only .

Andiamo

This popular restaurant is known for it's decor as well as it's fine Italian food. The beautiful exhibition kitchen is adorned with copper utensils and allows you to see the chefs at work. All the breads and pastas are made daily on the premises, so you can be sure the food is fresh and of the highest quality. The restaurant can get crowded. Dinner only.

Barronshire Room

Modeled after England's Barronshire Inn, this restaurant features hearty, meaty entrees in an English Pub's atmosphere. There are leather booths, walls adorned with gilt-framed paintings and crystal chandeliers. Dinner only.

Hilton Steakhouse

This steakhouse is famous for it's beef broiled over mahogany. It's delicious and deserves all the notoriety it receives. Another renown dish is the garlic mashed potatoes. Try them together for a truly memorable feast. The seafood and chops are also good and the candlelit tables create a nice dining setting.
