The Plank

Built to look like a Captain's library decorated with antique books and artifacts, the Plank offers up fine prime rib and mesquite grilled seafood and steaks. The food is delicious. try one of the combination plates like the Captain's Feast of broiled lobster, shrimp scampi and grilled scallops or the Edwardian combination of lamb chops and lobster tail. You'll want to walk the Plank more often. Dinner only.

Madame Ching's

Named after Madame Ching, a notorious 19th century female pirate, this restaurant features traditional Szechwan and Cantonese dishes. The entrees are all good, but some are sublime like the Macadamia beef or Grandfather chicken. The dining room is luxuriously decorated with red silk globe lamps, Chinese lacquer screens, ceramics and sculptures. A nice setting for a romantic evening. Dinner only.

Francesco's

This new Italian restaurant is a hit. The pasta dishes are delicious, but don't leave without getting the seasonal antipasti and some of the daily baked bread. The specialties of the house are the Mediterranean-style seafood dishes- they're terrific. The dining room of  Francesco's is noteworthy for it's exhibition kitchen as well as some celebrity artwork. Tony Bennett and Phyllis Diller have pieces hanging in the restaurant. Dinner only

The Buccaneer Bay Club

Located on the second level overlooking Buccaneer Bay, the Buccaneer Bay Club allows you to view the pirate battle while enjoying some fine American Continental cuisine. The sautéed Chilean Sea Bass is delicious as is the Shrimp Scampi Sauté. Reservations are essential. Open daily from 5pm to10:30pm. Call (702) 894-7223 for reservations.

The Lookout Cafe

Built overlooking the pool and casino,  The Lookout Cafe is one of our favorite casino coffee shops. The view is great and the food is delicious. All the dishes are well prepared and reasonable priced. The Lookout Cafe offers a wide variety of salads, sandwiches, breakfasts and deserts 24-hours a day.
