A Passport To The World's Culinary Delights: The Venetian Brings
A Renaissance Of World Class Dining To Las Vegas
The Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino, brings
a culinary renaissance to Las Vegas by gathering 14 of the world's
finest chefs and restaurants under one roof. Whether strolling
through a recreated 15th century streetscape or dining along a
replicated Grand Canal, visitors to The Venetian will have a passport
to a world of culinary delights with choices such as Eberhard
Muller's modem French cuisine, Stephan Pyles' southwestern fare
and Piero Selvaggio's contemporary Italian recipes.
Because each restaurant is investing
between $3 and $9 million, and will be independently owned and
operated, each will be a genuine reflection of the chef's vision
and talents. In addition, many of these restaurateurs are venturing
into Las Vegas for the first time to be a part of this new culinary
renaissance.
"The Venetian has brought together
the country's master chefs, offering guests the dining experience
of a lifetime," said Robert Goldstein, president, The Venetian
Resort-Hotel-Casino, "There is no other hotel in the world
that allows diners such a vast array of culinary delicacies prepared
by such stellar chefs as Eberhard Mailer, Stephan Pyles and Emeril
Lagasse. With so many options, guests will find each visit to
The Venetian holds a new epicurean journey."
With over 3,000 restaurant seats, diners
at The Venetian will have an endless array of culinary choices:
